This is a perfect, affirmative essential oil blend that is hand created to aid the expectant mother during the birthing process. This essential oil blend is already diluted so when the time is ready, there's no need to fuss with diluting oils on your own. Simply roll the blend around your lower abdomen or on the outside of your ankles. This product is available in a 10 mL roller bottle.

HOW TO USE:
Aromatic – Add 3-4 drops of oil to distilled water and diffuse; inhale directly by cupping your hands around an open bottle and breathe in deeply through your nose.
Topical – Directly apply using the roller bottle directly to the surface of the skin around the lower abdomen. May also be used on the pressure points of the feet and to the outer ankle and used during pregnancy massage, with the intent to dilate the cervix near the end of the pregnancy. Adding a heating pad to the lower abdomen after application
For people with sensitive skin, Wellness Warrior suggests diluting essential oils with a vegetable-based carrier oil, such as raw coconut or jojoba oil.
